Angela Griffiths

Business Development Director

Angela is a qualified social worker and professional senior manager with 30 years’ experience of working in social care and over 12 years of direct work and management of children’s residential services, extensive experience of improvement work within social care particularly children’s residential services and over 10 years’ experience of effective complex multi-agency partnership development in terms of strategy development, service design and effective operational delivery of a variety of different services.

Emily Graham

Executive Assistant

Emily has worked within administration in the social care sector for over 7 years. Emily joined Parkview Care to assist with opening the office and since recruited a team to support the organisation. Emily has gained her Level 3 Diploma in Business and Administration, Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management and Nebosh General Certificate.

Nathan Glazier

Regional Manager

Nathan has 8 years’ experience working with children & young people. Nathan has transitioned from a residential care practitioner, team leader, deputy manager, trainer, registered manager, and deputy regional manager taking a pivotal role in a number of outstanding homes before joining Parkview Care as the Regional Manager. He is passionate about advocating for young people.

Samantha Perry

HR Manager

Sam has worked extensively in the health & social care sector for over 20 years. Sam has been working in the HR sector for 5 years and prior to joining Parkview Care was Head of Care for one of Thanet’s largest domiciliary providers. Sam brings a wealth of experience, is always approachable and has a strong ethos on best practice and is CIPD level 5 qualified.

Vincenzo Di Sica

Maintenance Manager

Vincenzo trained as a Carpenter in Italy where he worked as a Cabinet Maker and Kitchen Fitter. After working at a high-end bespoke furniture company based in London where he was a Cabinet Maker, Vincenzo came to Parkview Care as a Multiskilled Maintenance Worker and then progressed to a Maintenance Manager; which includes refurbishing the properties to as high a standard as possible, responding to any emergencies and making sure all tasks are finished in a timely and safe manner.

Alison Dobbie

Head of Education

Alison has 18 years’ experience in the Specialist Education Sector. Prior to joining Parkview Care, Alison was Headteacher of three independent day schools for pupils with complex needs and challenging behaviour and a Regional Principal for a large independent provider responsible for a number of schools in the south of England.
Currently Head of Education within Parkview Care Alison has led both Residential and Day schools. Alison holds NPQH, a BA Honour Degree in Art and Design and qualified teacher status. She is also a Designated Safeguard Lead – Level 5.

Dan Smith

Deputy Head Teacher

Dan Smith is currently studying to become a qualified teacher. Prior to joining Parkview Academy, Dan has had over 10 years’ experience of working with young people in care, working as a manager of care homes. Dan also holds a level 3 diploma in counselling studies. Dan strives to create a therapeutic environment within the education setting to enable young people to grow and nurture their talents in education.

Melissa Combes

Learning Support Assistant

Melissa has worked within the social care sector for three and a half years. Melissa joined Parkview Care after completing a BA (Hons) Degree in Childhood and Youth Studies with Psychology. Since joining Parkview Care, Melissa has also completed a wide range of courses, including her Level 3 in Residential Childcare, Attuned Therapeutic Care & PACE (playfulness, Acceptance, Curiosity & Empathy). After working within the residential side of Parkview Care the first three years, Melissa has recently transferred to Parkview Academy as a Learning Support Assistant.

Nicola Beaumont-Carter

Home Manager

Nicola has been working with young people for over 10 years, 6 years of that has been in a residential setting working as a support worker, team leader and then deputy.
Nicola is passionate about working with young people and ensuring the young people are given the skills and encouragement to succeed in every aspect of their lives. Nicola has completed her GNVQ in Health and Social care, NVQ level 2 in Care, NVQ level 3 in Care and NVQ level 4 in Care and is currently enrolled on her level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for children & young people.

Sarah Lawford

Deputy Manager

Sarah has worked within residential care for nearly three years. Sarah joined Parkview Care as a Deputy Manager and has been supporting different homes throughout the company whilst getting ready for a new provision to open. Sarah, having qualifications in health and social, sociology and psychology, is now working toward her Level five diploma in leadership and management within residential care.

Clayton Hall

Deputy Manager

Clayton has worked as an RSW and Senior RSW previously within the mental health sector. Clayton is passionate about working with a care centred approach to prepare young people for living independently. Clayton is keen to develop this area within his role and wants to achieve positive results for the young people in our care.

Ben Almond

Team Leader

Ben has worked in residential childcare for 18 months supporting young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties utilising his previous skills in his role as a mentor in a mainstream school. As part of Ben’s previous role, Ben worked directly 1 to 1 with children & young people with complex needs to support them in accessing mainstream education. Ben has a wide range of behaviour management experience and strategies to support disengaged young people to access education and achieve their targets.
