Are You Highly Motivated?
We are seeking to recruit highly motivated, child focussed, committed, resourceful and enthusiastic staff, at all levels for our residential children’s home, education and 16+ supported accommodation and outreach provisions.
Are You Experienced?
Suitable candidates will usually have experience of working with a range of social, emotional and behavioural challenges or working towards suitable qualifications. However, we do take on individuals who are aligned with our values as we offer a comprehensive training programme.
Are You Committed?
Staff will need to be flexible and able to work hours on a rota system, including evenings, weekends, bank holidays, plus sleep in duties and also be committed to continual professional development.
