At the beginning of 2022, we introduced our Core Values Awards, where we recognise those employees that have gone above and beyond and shown how they truly align with our core values.
The first Core Values Award was for the employee who showed they are ‘Passionate’ We asked staff for their nominations for an employee who has:
- Taken pride in their work
- Shown passion in learning
- Looked to improve and innovate their practice,
- Pushed themselves to be at their best
- Focused on creating solutions and
- Inspired others to make a difference through hard work, talent, and commitment
It made us proud to see so many nominations for a number of different staff members across the organisation and the reasons they were nominated for being ‘Passionate’. Having reviewed the nominations, there was one clear winner- ENZO who received the most nominations!
Nominations received stated Enzo shows passion for the homes by making sure the homes are well-kept and somewhere to be proud of.
Enzo always has a positive attitude, comes in with a smile on his face, makes others happy and has even offered to help out on shifts. Nominations complimented Enzo to say how he puts in 110% effort, often stays late to complete any tasks required and he always puts the needs of the young people first.
A massive well done to Enzo and all those nominated for the Parkview Core Values ‘Passionate’ award.
The nominations will soon be open for our Parkview Core Values ‘Accountable’ Award and we look forward to seeing our staff member’s positive comments and nominations for this category.
